The worst restaurant experience I ever had ! Is not a 1 but a 0 !!! Not ask for food here! !! Waiting for a wrap and a hamburger for 1h and in the end the all food is cold , not tasty , chicken over cooked and dry , and the chips smell like fish… the cups from the previous costumers were removed 1h30 after we sit in the table and not even excuse me or a sorry was used … no napkins or cutlery were bring with food if you want just get up and ask for the same when the waitress was inside not doing nothing… resumed : if you are thinking about this place forget the food just focus on a drink would definitely be a better experience.
One star because I cant give a round zero. After a long wait of an hour to get a simple wrap and a burger, both were cold and uncooked (both options served with cold fries). The table wasnt cleaned from the moment we arrived until we left. Although we didnt try the drinks, I must say the food quality and the whole service from Slug & Lettuce was absolutely shameful.
Menu selection with all staple favorites ensures everyone who has popped into the Slug n Lettuce for a drink can easily settle in and enjoy a good value tasty meal. Venue lacks some character or warmth but food was delish and drinks prices are acceptable. Nothing fancy though.
