A quirky cafe with beautiful views of Framwellgate Bridge, and Durham Castle.A good place for breakfast bacon rolls, or sausage baps, soup at lunch time with toastier and side dishes on offer too. A fab selection of cakes and drinks too.
Nice little shop right outside the gates on the river , we had a tea, latte , muffin and a pastry for £8.50 . Muffin was very nice and my partner enjoyed his pastry . Nice relaxing atmosphere and staff were very nice .
The staff, food and service have always been good. Am a regular for breakfast or mid morning snack. Some seats have a nice view of river.
