About
We're a cosy, family run caf in Durham City with an eclectic style. We sell a range of delicious home-made food and hot drinks throughout the day - perfect for breakfast, lunch or just a light meal. Located at the top of Saddler Street, just before the Cathedral, it's the perfect location to stop for a bite to eat or a slice of cake. Just look out for the bright blue door and flowers. If the weather's nice why not sit in our courtyard and people watch whilst enjoying a coffee and one of our renowned deli platters.Details

This is a lovely cafe at the foot of the bank down from the cathedral. I had a gorgeous ham quiche with salad and tea in a China cup. Very friendly staff. Reasonable prices as proper portions!!!
Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Service with a smile. Very cosy and friendly place. It was very busy but the owner was keen to accommodate our dog- that often doesn’t happen when we want to eat somewhere nice! Would highly recommend
Unique place. Met the owner today for the first time. Lovely character. The plants are home cultivated. Spicy parsnip soup and cake was just right. Place also appears dog friendly.
The best scones in the north east! Accompanied by excellent coffee. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Durham.
