Smoked haddock topped with Welsh rarebit on a beef, tomato and basil salad. Esca fishcake with creamed spinach and nuntua sauce. Braised lamb shank with vegetables and gratin dauphinois potatoes. Sticky toffee pudding with toffee sauce."
