  Thanks to a corporate membership, I’ve been to the Searcys at the Gherkin multiple times for private dinning, lunch and drinks. The building and view are amazing, the staff always helpful, and the food is quite good as well. Defintely worth a visit if you can!

  Definitely an experience thanks to the iconic venue. Having the option to hang out in the bar at the very top of the dome for pre dinner drinks is a real must! We took the taster menu option which was great…. 59 per head (what you would expect in LDN at this type of venue) Did not rate as high as I would have liked as the food was not mind blowing (like the views!) and the service is really, really slow in the bar and restaurant (food arrived before our wine 🙁

  None. Crap in a bun05 Apr, 2015Complete rip off avoid. Great view, poor food and overall rip offThe view is great, staff is ok, a bit on the slow side. Food is shocking, asparagus starter was bland and uninspiring. beef bourguignon was overcooked, portion was small with almost no vegetables. Champagne was outrageous, 30 for a glass of stale bubbly.Dessert ok, nothing specialIf you wanna feel like you’ve been taken for a ride, you have to pay a visit to this place otherwise you can get an equally panoramic view and much much better food at tower 42, the shard or the heron tower. Searcy’s epitomizes what’s wrong with London’s food scene: poor execution at eye watering prices and unapologetic management. AVOID

  Amazing venue, the food doesn’t do it justice though.. This is a spectacular venue with a good front of house staff, but the food was poor. Asparaguses infused with so much vinegar, overcooked beef. Desert did better than both precious courses put together.What’s more, drinks are absurdly overpriced. We left the place feeling like fools. It’s not the bill, but what we got for it.Overall, it was good visiting the venue, but I’d go up for just coffee next time.

  Stunning. This is one of the most special locations in London, the views are stunning as you would expect, but it’s the building architecture combined with the views that elevates this location. There is airport type security to get in and as it’s a private members bar, you either have to be a member or a pre arranged guest. I have been here a few times for special events and drinks prior to going down a level to the seriously good restaurant below. Highly recommended.   Amazing 360 view over London under the glass dome of the gherkin tip… But cocktail menu was a bit uninspiring, although presentation was good. Overall the food was pretty delicious. Highlights were squid ink hake and the Iberian pork shoulder. Friendly, flawless service and good food, with an unrivalled view made it worth the while. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

  Chris Tomlinson. Searcys Bar at the top of the Gherkin building is THE coolest bar I’ve been to in London in a long time. The guest list is really strict, members and tenants only (and their guests, like me). We planned just to have one glass of champagne and after 2 bottles we decided to stay for some bar snacks. Don’t let the strict security process but you off, it’s worth it when you get up there. I’ve just submitted my membership application so I can go back anytime I like
