After I saw AKBoogie’s review of Vital Ingredient, and her mention of their breakfast smoothies, I knew I had to stop by. I went for the Energiser breakfast smoothie (one of the ‘house smoothies’) for 2.95. I was impressed with the amount of ingredients (plenty of fruit, oats, yoghurt and honey) that went into the smoothie, and the customisation options. The Energiser was filling, delicious and kept me going throughout the morning. I’ll definitely be heading back for more breakfast smoothies. bloomzy.co.uk
