Staff uncaring and quite surly. Lukewarm coffee. Dirty toilets.Used to love coming here but have recently given up any hope of improvement and now go to Caffè Nero opposite Cineworld where there are welcoming staff and hot coffees

I prefer the coffee here compared to other chains, But I find the poor state of toilets, dirty and broken soap dispenser today, very off putting.This appears to be a global issue with Nero branches and reflects on sloppy management and inadequate staffing.
