Service is always quick and efficient. Pleasant surroundings & is much better than Costa and the others.
An unplanned visit by a group of classmates from different countries. Had some hot drinks and a great time on our last course day. Close to the university and a nice ambience for couples or larger groups of friends.
Poor service, from a never ending turnover of miserable staff. No smile, no interaction, just monosyllabic replies. Altogether, a grubby place with dirty ripped chairs and in desperate need for a makeover.
Lovely brekky this morning. Nice extra hot coffee. Lovely creamy porridge. Served by lovely friendly chap. Nice smiley colleague too. Lots of comfy seats. Even though they were busy kept it tidy and clear. Nice visit. Will go again.
