Visited with friends on a very busy Saturday night, luckily our friends had booked a table. Got seated at the correct time after getting drinks at the bar (bit disappointed at only being able to get a refillable soft drink for 2.99 of which I didnt actually refill so very expensive for 1 drink).Foyer was a bit odd with people just milling/hanging about waiting for tables. Decor was to a very high standard throughout, toilets were immaculate.Staff were very efficient and helpful, there was lots of choice in food but would have been better to have signs pointing out the different cuisines. The layout of the restaurant is a bit confusing at first, especially with the amount of people walking about getting food, you feel at first you might be missing an area out. However the ability to be able to go as many times as you want is good, you then have time to suss out the food. All the food was very hot and tasty. Never seen so many pudding choices before, I liked that there were bite sized ones so you could try different ones without piling your plate up. The place was noisy but the tables were not packed in so plenty of room. All in all a good experience, wouldnt be somewhere I would visit regularly just due to the amount of food on offer its not something you would want to do every weekend! But would definitely come here again.Very good idea to have doormen who check your receipt to make sure you have paid. Due to the size of the place there isnt many ways to ensure people have paid before they leave. All places I have been to before rely on the fact that you pay at the till before you leave but I imagine there are chancers who would try and leave without paying.
All you can eat, similar to Red Hot Buffet, but a lot better. I thought the food was decent including dessert however the staff weren’t too quick to re stock some of the more popular items.Good for group visits but book before you go.
