If you don’t know what merveilleux is, it’s a sandwich of two light meringues welded with whipped cream which has been covered with whipped cream. It’s very sweet but wonderfully delightful.

This shop is brilliant.I love the sugary brioche called Cramique. I could eat this every day.The meringue cakes are delicious, so light.Recommended to anyone who loves to discover new French tradition from north of France
