It’s a nice place to have a few, the decor, atmosphere and music make for a great place to have a drink (or two).Although they didn’t have my favourite cocktail no ones should cry over the lack of old fashioned after a couple of long islands…Unless they’re sad… Literally and figuratively.
The atmosphere at babel lacks something which is a shame because the decor is kinda cool and the breakfast was a solid offering. The menus come in books which is neat in a ‘hey look we gotta do something quirky here’ kind of way. Not bad and I’d try for cocktails some time, but it’s probably not a Sunday afternoon venue. whatsarahdoes.com
