Visited last Saturday with 7 friends and had a great time. The service above all was very friendly (with a full restaurant) and even with a few hiccups I never felt as if I was left waiting too long. They were also accommodating considering we arrived late for our booking and 2 of our party were even later….I was very interested to try Sardinian food (as opposed to just Italian) and was not disappointed. I shared a mixed seafood grill which had a nice amount of variety, with each item cooked and seasoned well. Although as it is a ‘sharing’ meal it would have been nice if all of the portions were even so that the split was easier (we only got 3 prawns….), but this is a minor gripe!Everything was generally well priced with our meal coming to 20 a head and we were all more than full. This included the 12% compulsory service charge, however due to the good service this wasn’t really a concern. However one small thing is I believe the basket of bread (2.50) we ended up ordering should really be complimentary, especially for a table of this many people.Overall it was a very nice night with good service and tasty food. I would happily return and recommend the food to friends.
I was in clapham with a friend recently and after a long day we were literally famished. Found this italian place with which showcased amazing pictures and 10 minutes later we were standing outside the restaurant.For starters I ordered Pecorino cheese with Mushroom, it was brilliant. We skipped to mains after that, the server recommended Coniglio alla Sarda and believe me on this, it was out of this world. Brilliantly prepared.We ended the meal with a Tiramisu, it felt like it was prepared at home which it made it taste even better.Had a beer each and the whole meal costed about 35 which was quite decent. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is in a mood for Italian.
Had an AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME dining experience here. What amazing Calamari! The staff was very polite and friendly. Ichnusa beer is a must try and so is the saffron flavored pasta! I really like the outdoor seating perfect for this weather. I will definitely come back!
I have been in this restaurant many times now, since they opened few months ago’.The staffs welcomes you like a family member, the food is very good, traditional, original and in big portion.I tried many dishes and the taste is amazing.I have been to Sardinia and you cannot get any closer to their recipes in London than Ichnusa.You have to go there, you will not be disappointed.Grazie Roberto, Alberto e Paulo…. Amazing place!!!!Lovely and comfortable atmosphere,Great,fresh and affordable food.Right for every occasions.Been there 3 weeks a go and I will be going back for some more amazing Sardinian food really soon.What else to say…Just a great place to chill!!!!I definitely recommend it to everyone.
