Consistently flawless. We always have excellent meals at Palace Spice. It’s easily the best Indian restaurant in the area, for quality of food and also value. The service is second to none and the place is always busy with regular customers. Everything we’ve tried on the menu has been great – never greasy or heavy, like dishes at other Indian restaurants. The chef’s specials are really worth trying – especially the Piaz Murghi Murchi (like an even tastier version of Chicken Dupiaza) and the Garlic Chilli Chicken. Palace Spice never disappoints!

Fantastic food from a well run, friendly place. Large menu (which is sometimes a bad sign) and each dish we ordered in our group had exceptional, different flavours all at a great price. One of the best curry houses in London – just a shame I have only just found it!

Each time I go to Palace Spice I enjoy it more….the staff are charming, and the food is always of a very high standard. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Indian food….from mild to very spicy, it is all delicious, and beautifully presented. The murgh malai opened my eyes to the inclusion of the strawberry into the curry, if you like a milder sweeter korma type affair try it, it really worksI am a real fan!

We went here to celebrate an anniversary and we had a lovely time. Some of the best Indian food I’ve had in a very long time and the service was very attentive. The restaurant is quite small but this only added to the atmosphere.

We regularly go to this excellent restaurant. I can honestly say it is the best Indian restaurant I have ever been to. The food is delicious – particularly the chicken and duck dishes. The naan bread and rice are also good (the lemon rice is tasty and a good alternative). The service is very good – both friendly and attentive. They also serve Bangla beer, which is very nice and hard to find elsewhere.

Indain Meal – 26/04/2011. My recent visit to this resturant since the management change was a good experience. The service was ok with the food of a high standard. Dishes where spiced and cooked with quality flavours. Prices are reasonable for the Clapham area.Hope to become a regular visitor.
