I would say this is so far the best pizza I’ve had in London so that is not too shabby. Just to note that beats Franco manca, pizza pilgrims etc. Great choice of toppings definitely helps. What’s more they’re uber friendly

Worst Service EVER. Pizza was good (as per) BUT service was absolutely shocking! We were a party of 10 & although our starters came out promptly- we then had to wait 90 MINUTES for our mains. And when it did arrive- 2 of the pizzas were wrong & they’d messed up the order completely. When we kicked up a fuss on receiving the bill, the Manager was SO rude to us and said he wouldnt take any more than the 12.5% service off (which, if i’m not mistaken, is optional anyway?!) He got really nasty & tried to palm us off with free desserts- which we did not want. We ended up refusing to pay for the wrong & messed up orders. Anyway- it breaks my heart to say it as the food is good- but due to the service & attutude of the staff- i will NEVER be returning 🙁
Dont’ go!. Worst place ever. Waiter could not speak English, everything we ordered was wrong, even when we asked for Olives it was not understood. They didn’t tell us that all the bread they were replenishing without being asked they were actually charging us for. It ended up over 30 a head and that was without starters & not that much booze! I decided to share a pizza (their speciality) along with 4 others out of our party of 12. When it came out I only had 3 small slices compared to the others who had 4/5. The wine is expensive, a bottle of Pinot is 20, but they kept bringing out different bottles throughout the night anyway. To top it off, the birthday girl ask when they were giving out the mains if the one she was given had chilli, the waiter then took it away. It turned out he had not understood her so taken it and thrown it away, therefore we had to wait while they recooked it. Then after when they were clearing the plates, they dropped some tomato sauce down her back. We thought we’d try something new, but will stick to what we know. Don’t go here when you can go to the lovely Buona sera down the rd!!
Disappointed twice. I visited Pizza Metro (Battersea) twice and I was disappointed both times. The staff wasn’t too welcoming (the waiter gave us the free tap water only reluctantly, for example), the wine was far too warm, the pizzas are ok-ish but not the best and what was the worst thing: a jug of tap water had a really salty taste. When we told the waiter/owner, he refused to taste it, didn’t say sorry and walked away without bringing back another jug. That was very rude. I won’t go back again.
