Great traditional chip shop. The service was excellent, the lady behind the counter was cheerful, despite our big order and double checked we had everything correct. We were even given some chips whilst we were waiting for our cod to be cooked (only because we wanted it without skin, there was plenty ready otherwise!) Great food, good service and at a reasonable price. Oh and any chippy that sells cream soda is a winner in my book. scottishfoodreview.com
Very hard to find traditional fish and chips in London these days. I mean the wrapped in paper, soaked in vinegar, greasy, chip laden, dirt cheap kind.Look no further. For 5 I got a ‘small’ cod and a #%& load of old school chip shop chips. My friend had battered sausage and chips for a staggering 3.30. Get down there before it realises its a) in London and b) 2015Ps. Healthy food is not on the menu londoncurryblog.com
