Awful customer service. Went here on a Friday night and enjoyed the decor and live music until I was treated horrifically by a member of staff. Myself and 2 friends were sitting at a table when, what turned out to be the manager, approached our table and grabbed my drink out of my hands, accusing me of bring my own wine into the pub. This was ridiculous, seeing as the drink I had was a half pint of beer! After following my confiscated drink to the bar, it turned out he had got us mixed up with someone else at the next table. I got a very unwillinging apology and some free shots thrown at us, which we didn’t even want. Absolutely ridiculous customer service from the MANAGER!…would never go back again. Not behaviour I’d expect fron front of house, let alone a manager.
Best Sunday Roast!. Lively but friendly pub exceptionally located in the centre of Clapham. Almost on top of Clapham Common tube and a stone’s throw from the Common. Decor traditional but with a modern twist. One of the best Sunday Roasts I have had in London!
