This place is an interesting concept, and what could be a great idea just seems to be a bit of a gimmick. The idea is that you help yourself from a selection at the buffet & then cook this at your table in the large heated hole in the centre of the table. This is fun with a group of you, as it’s social & interactive. However the quality of ingredients are pretty poor a selection of tired vegetables & meats & fish. It’s a nightmare keeping track of which plates had the raw chicken & fish on, and then your constantly worried that you’ve given yourself food poisoning! There are a weird selection of clearly frozen prawn toasts, spring rolls, onion rings etc. Also the idea if cooking your own food soon gets boring after about 10 minutes, it’s the sort of place you try once but don’t go back.

Maggie smith. Was invited to dinner by my oldest and dearest friend. Being introduced to this wonderful restaurant, reminds me why i hold his friendship so dear.On arrival we had a drink at the bar as we waited for are table after ten minutes We were shown to are table by a lovely lady keen to explain the whole concept behind this very different eating experience. We chose the hot pot, we then got to pick our soup base, then we got to pick our choice of food from the the lovely display of food on offer. With our plates of meat fish veg we proceeded to the table, where we got to cook it for ourselves. Not to mention the lovely dips we had also pre paired ourselves(dont panic as i did, the staff are more than happy to explain the various flavour. with one or my meat another for fish etc.) After eating non stop for what must have been two hours and feeling very full. Wobbled back to the bar for a quick night cape, only to be entertained by the extremely handsome bar man. A wonderful night all in all. I will most definitely be back. A truly lovely place to spend evening with old and new friends TOP MARKS
Poor Service Poor Food. Fewer on food choices, poor service, environment and quality of food. It is unreasonable to charge 12.5 + 10% complusory service charge, I am only willing to pay 5 or less. Don’t go there if you have a choice.
An awful offal dinner. Being a Chinese who had been craving for hot pot and grill in this wintry weather, I searched online and found this highly rated restaurant, yet the dinner was a disaster. We were literally being bullied by the restaurant’s owners because they had failed to inform us about the time limit and were keen to kick us out when there were customers waiting for a table.Food is really average – generally salty, wide range of internal organs (with no label) and meats are paper-thin; inconvenient location and horrendous service! I can only hope the customers do know what they are actually eating.
