I only usually come here in Summer as they have a nice beer garden and they do great barbecues. Theres a good crowd in here, young to middle aged and it has a nice friendly atmosphere.

Exploring the area around Brixton and Clapham with some friends and looking for some quick lunch I came across this pub. What drew me in I must admit was the bright yellow colour because it stood out and the fact that there was a garden (despite the cold I always find places with gardens more appealing because it must mean people go there in summer too). There were a few roast options on Sunday but we were not too hungry so we decided to get the 3 starters for 13 deal, which was cheap considering each individual starter was around 6, and have one each. I got the fried squid and I really enjoyed it, one guy got the salmon and enjoyed it as well. The third guy got the duck pate and was not happy at all as it came with a thick layer of duck fat at the top which is supposed to be normal but he did not expect it.While we were there the football was on and since our table was under the screen it was very loud and we could not talk properly but I think if you go on a different day and sit further away that should not be an issue.I think it is a nice pub and I would go back when the weather gets a bit warmer to sit outside in the sun. darcrose22albionadventures.blogspot.com

Decent beer selection and a good size beer garden. Tends to be full of Clapham types, but if you’re happy to endure that, it’s a nice spot for a few beers and an expensive burger.

Great pub for a couple of pints whatever time of day. Unfortunately the food didn’t look particularly appetising, so I just stuck to the drinks. The service was generally good, and the staff very welcoming. There was also a wide selection of draught beers. On top of this, there was great outdoor seating which serves particularly well in the summer, but is also well equipped with heaters for the winter. The interior was equally inviting, being both well lit and well furnished. Overall I would say that this is a great pub if you’re just wanting to go for a drink, but in terms of food, there are definitely better out there.

Great pub this for a cheeky pint in Clapham North. Just off the North of the high street it has ample room inside and great outside space out the front and back. Perfect for a beer in summer, but also a nice outdoor space in winter with ample heating. There’s a good range of draught beers to tickle your fancy and the food’s not too bad either. londoncurryblog.com

The burgers came late and not a lot of chips were in the plate. The service was good ad the back garden is phenomenal! We could it even though was raining a bit
