My boyfriend took me there as it’s one of his favourite pubs in Clapham. Apparently it has been newly refurbished and the inside is pretty much all black with red tone lighting. The atmosphere reminded me more of Camden if I’m honest.On a Tuesday night it was half empty so there was plenty of room to sit down and have a pint and the man at the bar was quite friendly and polite. I particularly liked the music with alternative rock and indie songs, like Kasabian etc, playing while we were there. It reminded me of the kind of bars I would go to as a teenager and uni student.While I would have liked to see what it’s like on a Saturday night, I did enjoy my time there so I would gladly go back. I do think though it might be more fun with a bigger group of friends to go relax, drink and chat. darcrose22albionadventures.blogspot.com
A weirdly decorated pub with a real quirky vibe. A selection of outdoor seating makes this great in the summer and inside, there is always plenty of space (except on a Friday or Saturday night). The bar staff are generally friendly with just a hint of sarcasm.
Had a non-alcoholic drink there and it was quite nice. The (non-alcoholic) drink was of good taste. The service was friendly, and prices seemed reasonable. This rating is only for what I had rather than their food etc.
