Most of the pubs in the area are always packed full of people but for some reason, The Royal Oak is generally, never busy. Even on a Saturday night it is never packed full like its neighbours. This is definitely for the better. The lighting creates a great atmosphere, the service is good and a wide selection of beers and wines. One to escape the crowds and have a more intimate drink.
