Great burrito with delicious meat, made in slow cooker – it was really good. Guacamole was soft, fresh and amazing. Tomato sauce which was made by themself was nice. I didn’t take spicy sauce because of stomachache but I really like food in this truck.
Today was meant to be a good day. The weather was awful but I wasn’t going to let that affect me. After reading several reviews and watching Andy Bates review of Luardos on YouTube I was excited to try their take on an authentic Mexican Burrito. Upon arriving at white cross street market I came across their Mexican van, which was really impressive. But that’s unfortunately where it all went wrong. The staff seemed very grumpy as if they didn’t want to be there and spoke to me in a very blunt manner. The burrito itself had some very good flavours, such as the cheese, coriander leaves and their medium hot sauce. But the chicken lacked flavour and tasted like it had been boiled in water. Its a shame that me and my friends caught them on an off day because the reviews for this place are amazing and speak for themselves . The only criticism I could give would be to keep your standards up to a high level and keep them there.
