The St John team cooks everything from nose to tail. This cuisine might not be suitable for the faint-hearted but we love it. Even though their menu is a daily work in progress, you will always be able to order their delicious bone marrow. Spread it on a crispy toast, sprinkle some fresh parsley and sea salt on top and dont forget your napkin, as things might get messy. dontbelieveinjetlag.com
