Patrons enjoy a seasonally-driven European menu paired with a curated selection of international wines, draft beers on tap and quirky cocktails, often accompanied by enigmatic live music. Our chef has created a modern European menu that features everything from burrata to burgers, chicken salad to sea bass, and fish & chips to mussel linguine. Regardless of if you opt for our healthy vegan quinoa salad or indulge in our succulent sirloin steak, The Localist will satisfy any craving. Come for our food but stay for the Bar, serving fresh and vibrant cocktails, wine and beer all day and well into the night. We even have a 2 for 1 happy hour from 4 to 8! Whether youre looking for a smart local hub, hoping to meet up with colleagues, planning a group dining event or a birthday party or even arranging a romantic night out, The Localist delivers a sincere and savoury experience. We are open 6 days a week, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner, and we can accommodate up to 350 people for large events and, if youre interested in a more intimate gathering, we also have 3 private rooms available, that can hold anywhere from 6 up to 150 people standing.
