Just to let people who are going to Bourton On The Water, that this venue in the last week has closed and it’s Fish and Chip shop, it is sad to see this venue closed and empty, hopefully it will re-open under new management.
Lovely setting with plenty of seats outside with umbrellas providing shade self order in side and food arrived in good time fresh and hot really tasty and reasonably priced, staff were friendly and polite very happy and well fed.
We brought fish and chips to take away. We must of been unlucky as the quality of the food was poor, in fact we threw most of it away. Admittedly they were about to close, even so it was quite expensive for very poor quality.
We visited the town a bit late, around 5pm.Looked forward to have a good afternoon tea, but timing was great. Many shops including tea rooms closed.Fortunately, this restaurant opens and still have high tea for us. Lovely place, great staff and nice scones.
