Why I have to be referred to as ‘Guy. I am definately not. Staff should assess the clientele. I am an older lady and as such should be treated with respect. Madam general pleasant addressing such as hello and welcome would be much better.

Just visited today and ordered 2 beef brisket sandwiches, not impressed at all. Very disappointing and not up to the usual standard.
