This is one place that is on my list every time I visit London. I simply love their Okonomiyaki and would recommend it to anyone.What’s also quite nice about the place is that it is very cozy and has a community style long table seating with a Teppan. Since I am usually in London on business, the seating makes it easy to start a conversation with the person next to you and talk about the food that is getting prepared right in front of you.Another must try on their menu is their Yaki Udon noodles.
Without even trying the food am very unhappy..asked for a prawn, pork and kimchi pancake and because pork is t what I wanted I asked for it to be replaced with asparagus which made the staff go into a frenzy and tell me that they would have to charge me. Very disappointing service at this branch with rather very rude staff…such an awful experience!
If you are into Japanese street food in a dinning experience, Abeno is a typical Kansai experience with yummy teppan street foods: Okonomiyaki and Yaki Soba.
Probably my favourite place in London. I love so much your food, but not only your food, the way you present, the idea of cooking at the table. Nice spot to go for a date.
During the endless wandering around China town, we passed by this place and decided to give it a go. Although it’s a small place, food took quite a long time to serve. The Japanese grill was definitely worth the try, so authentic and delicious!
Best place to get over a hang over.Fresh and tasty. Made in front of you on a hot plate. The place is small so get there early if you want to be seated by the window.Highly recommended. Try it.
