Loved this little cafe, right in the middle of one of London’s busiest areas. You find a little bit of paradise where you can take a little breather. You have to try their spiced hot chocolate and pastries.
Yummy swedish pastries, had the cinnamon bun and enjoyed every bite. The only problem is that there seems to be an issue with aircon, because it was blowing hot air on me the whole time. Not very pleasant especially during the heat wave!
Have you ever randomly walk into a cafe with no expectation but surprise you with one of best thing you ever put into your mouth? I just did! Walked past this lovely bakery everyday but it’s closed after 7pm! But today I managed to pop into the cafe and had a quick browse. I was overwhelmed with their Swedish bakeries and I saw this cute round bun dusting with icing sugar and a dollop of cream on top. The lady told me it’s cardamon bun with vanilla cream filling. I knew I had to get it! Despite the bun was chilled but the bun was still soft and fluffy! You could definitely taste the strong hint of cardamon with some bits. Second bite allowed me to taste the soft cardamon bun with the vanilla cream and it’s really good pairing! Oh it’s just sooooo good. yummyjubbly.com
Fantastic place very small store that has a lot of character you can feel that the desserts and pastries are amazing. Very nice place it is small if you are going in large groups. Luckily I went to pick up some desserts which I did and was not disappointed
I had heard about this Nordic Bakery but never came across it myself. However on a day I was walking from Covent garden to Leicester square, I stumbled across this bakery tucked away on rose street. It is a cute little bakery with some different and interesting baked items available. I chose the kanelbullar which is the cinnamon scroll. It was fragrant, warming, flavourful and surprisingly on the lighter side when eaten. The sugar crystals on top of the scroll gave a nice crunch when biting into it and the different in texture was very well welcomed.
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM that’s all.
