The cocktail list is HUGE, there are a lot of things to choose from, a lot of creative recipes. The atmosphere was okay..I’d prefer something a little quieter. However! I ordered 5 different cocktails and my partner also ordered 5, so we tried 10 different cocktails..and unfortunately all of them were hugely disappointing, borderline undrinkable! Only one of them was decent. Won’t be going back unfortunately, which is a big shame as I’d been looking forward to coming here for such a long time.
Beautiful ambience. Good music. Perfect during the happy hours. Cocktails cost about 9 pounds but you get another one free during happy hours. Certainly, makes you happy! Highly recommended for a nice evening with a bunch of fun friends.
I’m just going to admit that although I know I probably shouldn’t, I not so secretly kinda love Be At One. The cocktail list is huge and I’d encourage you to pull yourself away from the center page of the most popular ones and experiment with something a little different. Make it gin based. Oh and if you’re there at the right time it’s 2 for 1… awesome.Warning: If you’re detoxing and are tempted by the Kale cocktail that you can see in my awful pics – don’t do it. It’s not that great, you’ll get laughed at by your mates and you still end up getting drunk.Another warning: Music isn’t the best and if you’re a group of girls you’re guaranteed to get chatted up by someone your dad’s age, but I’m sure you can put up with that for an hour or two when it’s 2 for 1 cocktails… whatsarahdoes.com
A bit of a meat market with a below average selection of beers. But the service is great, friendly waitresses that ensure you stay well watered.
I can say I like the place a lot purely for the cocktails and the staff. I’m not impressed with the atmosphere or the music. It’s just not my type at all but because I had really good cocktails here I love going back. The music is too loud and everytime I went there no one was dancing so clearly people are going there more for a catch up with their friends. The staff is really funny and friendly and if you get there for happy hour you get 2 for 1 cocktails which is even better.
I have been visiting this place for about three years now. I must say that the option of happy hours plus the good drinks is a a great combination. What in my opinion makes this place so good and distinct is the staff. They are so friendly and start to remember your name, after you visit them three times over. The ambiance is great with some amazing music.
This is not the place for you if you are looking for a quiet time. The music is loud, and there are people dancing everywhere. The bartender is overly friendly, and dances on the bar every once a while. However, they have a pretty extensive selection of cocktails, and some great happy hour deals. This place has a younger target audience, and you might be uncomfortable if you are older.
