Cute little place in Covent Garden for a quick meal. They have a lovely selection of healthy salads, baguettes/ sandwiches, soups and pastries. I had the vegan box set which was delicious. Their coffee is probably one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. Definitely recommend it

I was looking for a lunch option a little more unusual than Starbucks or other cafe chains around London. I popped in here with a friend during our lunch hour and enjoyed the deli feel of Benugo. The large glass counter displayed a number of delicious looking sandwich options, as well as a chalkboard describing wraps, soups and salads. I was impressed by the large variety of options and was tempted by a pulled pork bun but eventually chose a chicken and red pesto panini. Once you have chosen an option from the deli counter you are given a ticket and pay at a separate counter, but this is quite a good way to prevent never ending lunchtime queues behind other dithering customers. In the time I had paid my panini was already ready. There was quite limited seating upstairs so we decided to go downstairs to eat. The downstairs seating area was big but a little dingy and dark and lots of the tables were uncleared, meaning you had to clear peoples trays and plates yourself. Nevertheless, I did like the leather and stone style of the seating area and really enjoyed my panini. Generally a nice alternative to a repetitive Pret or Starbucks lunch.
