It was a late Monday night with all surrounding restaurants closed around 22:30 after the show except for the Boulevard Cafe and its welcoming warmth with its kitchen still open to 23:00 and time to linger after that! As the lighting was dim I could not get any pictures so suffice to describe the meals: My friend had the plaice which was perfectly cooked with the accompanying vegetables well laid out. I had the protein quinoa salad which was delicious as well. The service was attentive, professional and friendly, with the owner even coming out to apologize to another patron for the trout they had that was not spring trout but sea trout. Attention to detail that matters. I’ll come back many times!
