Very disappointed! The guacamole was ok but the quesadillas, fajitas and enchilada were regular food. The mexican food is so rich and amazing, this was just too bland for me. Will not return…
Two visits for me:Visit 1 – I visited a few years ago. I remember the crowd being smart but trendy and the cocktails amazing Visit 2 (date of review) – I loved it!I was served by Sonia and her manager, Amanda, with two of my friends. Both of whom didn’t like their meals (bad luck I think, I loved it all!). They ordered again and both Sonia and Amanda were incredibly patient with us. Not only that but they waived the cost of those meals. When we asked for recommendations that did not upset at all. It’s safe to say that the replaced meals were fantastic options. The value for money is great, the cocktails are still fantastic too! They’ve also got great incentives for you to return with weekend offers and theatre menus. The atmosphere is welcoming and not pretentious as well, a little bird told me that a refurbishment is starting in September. I will certainly be returning soon.
Celebrated a friend’s birthday here. Would highly recommend the Tacos Dorados (Non- Vegetarian) and the Creamy potatoes (V). The chicken quesadillas were a bit of a let down but the tortilla chips, salsa, and live guacamole preparation made up for it. They have a no outside cake policy but the management cut the cake for us and even presented a complimentary dessert to the birthday girl. Would like to come here again.
Modern Mexican cuisine at its best. The food is made to share. All fish is catch of the day. We didn’t have any as it was a bank holiday and fishermen were off. We started with guacamole that was prepared at our table. Dishes don’t come with any sides. Meat skewers were spicy and hot. So were the prawn skewers. The mushroom quesadillas came with a spicy sauce and the blend was perfection. Grilled baby chicken was our main course. It was set on pumpkin spicy sauce. Black beans are my favorite and they made a perfect side for the chicken. We left the restaurant full but were searching for the closest fire hydrant.
Mexican food for British people. Ordered the red signature dishes but sadly no spice in any. Foods tasty, but the margaritas are amazing and highly recommend
Tortillas and dips; veg quesadillas, C fajitas and the margaritas. The tortillas are freshly made and very filling careful on that. Service was very friendly and fast. Book if you can – always busy.
