  We visited Homage for a Christmas meal last week. With a brand name like Hilton the expectations were sky high. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the ambience was just right – just like what you’d expect from Hilton. We were a large set of people but the staff was extremely polite and helped us in settling down. It was a set menu and I chose Crayfish and Crab Nicoise endive salad, classic Marie Rose dressing as starter. Roasted bronze turkey with a sage and cranberry stuffing, broccoli and cauliflower Mornay, root veg mash with turkey and tarragon gravy for mains and Tradition Christmas pudding with brandy sauce and chunk chip ice cream for dessert.The names frankly were quite fancy andIexpected the world from them. Unfortunately my world came crashingvery soon. The starter was just about okaybut what was more disappointing was the quantity. I could barely eat two mouthfuls and my plate was over. Next up was the main course. After a long wait, the turkey arrived. The quantity again was very little butunfortunately the turkey was overcooked and was very hard. The taste was quite average and it seemed frozen!Then came the dessert, again after a very long wait. The complaints persisted and the quantity of the dessert too was very little. Although, I must say the dessert was better than the rest of the items on my menu but then there was very little one could go wrong with a Christmas pudding!All in all I must say that the experience left much to be desired and the cost was not worth the quality / quantity of the food nor the Hilton brand! A must-avoid place for this Christmas…

  I went to celebrate Christmas with a small group of friends. It was a lovely place and the staff were really attentive and helpful. Most of us had the Christmas dinner which was lovely although those that had the Christmas pudding not particularly wowed with it. A really nice place to catch up with friends though and I would recommend.

  Excellent food, high level of service and beautiful interior. I had to push my reservation by half an hour very late in the day and they were fine with it. The food came in good time, the waiters were friendly and nice but the people are welcomed us to the restaurant and got our coats weren’t that great I would say. I was there on a groupon deal and I had a feeling they are not being that nice to us just because of that! I left my phone in my jacket pocket, so had to go back and ask the lady who got our coats to bring it back. She directed me to the cloakroom where everyone’s coat was neatly hung up and our coats were just thrown on a chair like they’re rubbish! That kind of bothered me, but I guess these are just boring details!Bottom Line: Food is exceptionally good and the service is good. One of the very few restaurants that I have felt has been worth so much money.

  Me and my partner always enjoys eating outside and at Homage Grand we had a lovely evening together – the food was fantastic, the service was amazing, and the whole experience was a feast for the senses. It was pretty quiet when we went on weekend. The cocktails was amazing, but other than that the food was so fab that we have become fans of this restaurant no complaints at all. Had to push back our reservation very last minute which they were completely fine with. All staff very friendly and accommodating. Food was very impressive and excellent quality. Would definitely recommend it to all my family and friends.We have already reserved the table for our next visit in advance and my partner cant wait to go…
