This place is a true gem in the heart of London. Delicious tapas made using the finest quality ingredients, the food is so fresh and cooked to perfection. The wine list is amazing and the waiters are very knowledgeable about the menu and ready to make an expect recommendation. The highlight of this place is the staff, very friendly, attentive and fun. They really make the night special. Love it

Extremely noisy, so difficult to catch up as a group. Generous number of dishes on the set menu for 44, lots of diversity, but not all amazing in flavour delivery. Good, appetising presentation. littleswallow.me

Loved loved this place!! Their iberico pork burger are especially good and having tried their other pork dishes, this is definitely the place I would go to in case I am missing my ‘pork’. Also loved the grilled prawns. Salad was very refreshing and light.

Pretty good tapas place. I really enjoyed the mackerel, croquettes and the octopus. I also had the dulce de Leche Panna cotta which was superb. The pork belly, whilst nice, had a touch too many beans. Great service and friendly staff.

We got seated quickly by the window and went straight to action!Olives and bread to start, along with some prosciutto and fish croquettes. The bread was fresh and the oil strong in taste, just how I like it.The olives were tasty and the croquettes were out of this world. We then ordered beet root salad and roasted cauliflower salad. Both were great. The wine was great as well.We were too full to order a main so I cant comment there! The quality of the food is 5/5 but the price is too high… At 70 for what we ordered i thought that was way too much… So ill drop this place to a 4 purely based on price.I think you can get the same quality for 30% cheaper else where (e.g. Zoilo in covent garden)Stay hungry my friends!

I really liked Opera Tavern, a restaurant specialising in tapas-style Spanish/Italian influenced food. Croquettas of ham were very good and I can particularly recommend the Iberia Pork and foie gras burger for which they are – justly – famous. It’s a small, very atmospheric restaurant, with friendly helpful service and joy of joys you can book.A perfect spot if you can’t get into Barrafina or don’t want to risk the queue. They major on charcuterie and cheeses and this makes it a perfect spot for a post-work snack as well as a full-blown meal. thefoodjudge.com
