Our recent trip to SNOG – Garrick Street was not pleasant. The staff were rude and ignorant when they refused to accept our 20 note which was printed in a Northern Ireland bank. The note was new and stated clearly on the front ‘British Pounds Sterling’. Both members of staff on Monday 24th July rrefused the money on the basis that Northern Irish and Scottish notes could be fake. I suggested she run the note under a scanner, she refused. The staff argued defiantly that it was the SNOG policy to refuse these notes and made us pay with a bank card. Our money was not questioned at any other venue, shop or restaurant in our 3-day trip to London. I would alert all Northern Irish and Scottish customers to be aware of SNOG’s biased and ignorant policy. We will not be eating these delicious treats again on our future trips.
Pretty decent frozen yoghurt place conveniently located in Covent Garden. A good selection of flavours and toppings, plus you get the added benefit of the cheeky name. What more could ya want!
Snog has one of tastiest low calorie frozen yogurt in london. The ambience and the design of the place is really well and the yogurts are delicious .Recommendation – try the chocolate flavour yogurt with hot chocolate sauce and toppings of your choice. There are a lot of choices available in toppings .
You get the best frozen yogurt here!The ambiance of the place is very creative and beautifully done. Ambiance gets a 4.It’s a self-service place with lovely staff. Also 4 for service.The place serves frozen yogurt with a whole lot of toppings to choose from. We ordered a frozen yogurt with chocolate brownies and chocolate chips and it was just yummm! I would rate a 4.5 for taste!
I don’t have a very sweet tooth generally but Snog has converted me and the best thing is, you don’t have to feel guilty about eating this awesome frozen yogurt (even if you then ruin the health factor by adding chocolate brownies and cookies)
One of the creamiest froyo I have ever tasted. Other than the tartness of the yogurt, it really does taste like a soft serve. Well, reasonably priced and generous toppings. Well recommended.
