Cool decor, but I was very disappointed in the small portions for a not so small price. There are better options in Chinatown! This place has potential. But don’t expect to be full after a main.
Great little find! Right in the heart of Piccadilly but you would never guess so. We got a table upstairs in the audaciously decorated dinning room, and was treated to some of the best Thai I’ve have in a long time. Very reasonable prices too 10 per main! Highly recommend!
Quite warm and lovely ambiance. Menu and prices are satisfying enough. I tried paper prawn and sweet&sour chicken. Quite like all.i can suggest if you are around piccadily and looking for a calm place.
Lovely Thai food at these very central restaurant in London Rupert street, we will definitely come back once again to try something else!! By By
Maybe it’s my fault for ordering dishes based on ingredients served alongside the main star of the dish itself (e.g getting excited by the aubergines accompanying the king prawn curry with aubergines). However for future reference Thai Tho, I am always very disappointed when this cameo role does not actually feature in the dish. I mean you wouldn’t have a show about Jeckyl without the Hyde or Rosie with the Jim would you now?Aubergines aside, this place scraped back some points for it’s cheery service and rapid (pre theatre) delivery of the food – sort of too be expected by a restaurant on Leicester Square’s doorstep of course.
The restaurant is very homely, and the staff are very friendly. The food is good for the price; the only downside being the time it would take to get service on a busy day.
Well I can not say is a bed place , because the atmosphere is nice , really warm , and the service is really kind. The quality of the food is average and I worth it for the price . Is a place where you can go if you are really close to it and you don’t know any others place or you want to try for the first time , but if you really like Thailand food is not the best place for taste the real flavours or the goods one.The Tempera is too fry and heavy , is not light as has to be . They serve rice coconut in inside a real shell is very cool .And in the end of the dinner we had a chocolates surprise with the bill.
