I absolutely love this place. It’s a small establishment right next to the LSE that serves what I count as the cheapest food in London…and as a student this is one of my most frequented food hubs. The staff are generally well mannered and if you get on well and are a regular they actually remember your order by heart which can be quite convenient. The downside is the fact that many people know this and the queues can be quite long as a result.Tip: if all you want is a drink you can just walk straight on in and purchase one rather than stand in a 15min queue. A lil advice from a regular.
Great student food. Extremely cheap and decent in taste! However, I’m put off this place simply due to the lack of hygiene that is present. The cafe is too cramped to sit inside for my liking and people usually just grab something to eat and eat outside.However, if youre a neat freak like myself, you’ll come to the conclusion that it is not the place for you.
Wright’s bar is a small, homely caf. Located on Houghton street. I Love to come here when it’s time to maximise value for money! Doused in ketchup and covered in salt , the wright’s bar chips are the best you can get in London for a quid! The coffee and sandwiches is also very good – indeed the long lines that form every lunch time are indicative of what a great place this is!
