The overall food was amazing, ’twas my first Korean experience with food and I loved it. Added with the staff being extremely welcoming as well as entertaining 🙂 Definitely coming again guys <3
Before living in Seoul, Yori had always been one of my favourite Korean restaurant in central London, friendly staff, calm environment, fair price and good food. However, after living in Seoul for a year, and coming back to Yori, I was slightly disappointed with the food, especially the galbi tang, which was a bit salty and was pretty different than the galbi tang I had in Korea. The rest of the food was not too bad, service was good! This meal costs, 60 in total!
Nice place – well located and decent ambience . Well trained staff and a very good Korean barbecue on offer – good Bulgogi and excellent kimchi – keep it going folks !!
This is my favourite Korean place in London! Really nice environment & decor. The staff not overly polite but fast & efficiey, and the food is reasonably priced too. Their dishes are fresh and so flavourful, best bibimbap I’ve had, I highly recommend it! I also suggest to try their kimchi jigae and sweet and spicy chicken, the japchae is nice too. I love Yori and always choose this place to go to whenever I feel like good homely Korean food. I’ve made it my mission to try every single item on their menu!
10 mins walks from china town.First thing I notice when I stepped inside is the Korean displays I love the pictures on the wall and the dolls on the counter. The place is quite small and the tables too crowded that even I couldn’t get around xD last time I had Korean food I burnt my hand on the bowl even though it was sizzling >_< I don't watch enough Korean dramas and nobody warned me but I always hold my bowl up. So here I was prepared 😛 always go for the Korean BBQ because Korean meat is the best. The waitresses here doesn't pay enough attention to their customers I had to go up to the counter to ask the bill. And they didn't asked my friend if she needs a fork because foreign most people don't know how to use chopsticks. I enjoyed the meal here though.
Perfect for a pre theatre meal. There were 6 of us so we shared a range of dishes which were all great and rich in flavour. Someone else took responsibility for the order before I arrived but would like to try out more of the BBQ. Came to under 15 each with a beer. londoncurryblog.com
I happened to visit this place for lunch a couple of weeks ago and realized that it was a huge mistake. The service was downright rude and the server had no clue how to treat their customers. We called for the appetizers and the mains, and surprisingly, the mains came before the appetizers, which wasn’t exactly what we wanted. The mains were served without any side dishes, and the food tasted absolutely average and nothing more. That was my last visit to this place, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone else.
