Because of a delayed/cancelled flight I stayed at Hilton London Gatwick Airport, end of june. I really enjoy gastronomy experience, so had to make that experience at Amy’s Restaurant. Loved the Sesame seared tuna and the Chefs recommendation Ale marinated lamb rump… with australian red wine (Merlot Bonavita). Superb meal! The staff where very professional. Only the space, as a fine dining restaurant, could be more sophisticated.
