Having sold there eponymous London restaurant Snows on the Green in 2008, Sebastian and Lana took over the Swan at Southrop in the same year where they were awarded The Good Food Guide UK restaurant of the year award in 2010. After 4 successful years they opened the first Pub called The Five Alls in Filkins in 2012, a 9 bedroom Inn with a large restaurant. The Pub proved to be a big hit with excellent critical acclaim and press awards catering for a wide geographical base, celebrities and politicians alike. In 2015 a second pub was added called the Plough In Kelmscott, a beautiful period building. Very much a classic British pub and eaterie this also proved a very popular river destination. In 2017/18 we took on The Bull Hotel in Fairford, a beautiful old listed coaching Inn which we completely gutted and created a 21 bedroom market town hotel. After 10 years in The Cotswolds with 3 pubs, 38 bedrooms we decided to sell to a small PLC and have a short rest. The story
