We provide high quality food created from home-made, locally sourced fresh ingredients. Established in 2013, Poppy's Restaurant & Cafe was born out of 'The Broad Street Project', which was opened by HRH Prince Edward The Earl of Wessex. We are also well-known for hosting a scrumptious Vintage Afternoon Tea every month. Early booking for this is recommended as it is always a sell-out! Our venue is dementia and disability friendly, fully wheel-chair accessible and has earned a reputation for creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We have been awarded by 'The Food Standard Agency' 5 stars (the highest rating) every year since we have opened. All profits of our restaurant goes to the registered charity 'Hopes & Beams' which supports families with children and young adults who have special needs. Poppy's is also open to bookings for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, funerals, corporate, and other special occasions.
