Amazing. Surprised by the reviews, but then they weren’t about the food. I usually have the Pizza or Angus burger and chips, absolutely delicious! The burger is totally homemade, not this frozen crap most takeaways have.It’s a pricey takeaway, but it is very very worth it. I’ve never ventured out from the above foods, but that’s because it’s so nice I daren’t ha!You have to be prepared to wait a little longer, which we don’t mind as we order in good time. Usually takes 30-45 minutes on a weekend, 20 mins weekday.The staff are friendly, the driver is lovely.The portion was mentioned by another customer as tiny…. confused by this as the Angus burger & chips is HUGE I get too many but can’t complain at that. And the pizza’s are big too! As for leaving a negative review on them not delivering to your house, really? Terrible to bad review a company that works bloody hard, should be ashamed!I am one very happy Bella Dale customer, I even let my daughter have a treat burger occasionally and I never let her eat takeaways as I always worry they are not hygienic, but I trust this takeaway! 🙂 Happy eating guys!
Delicious! Under new management and it shows. Angus burger – yummy flame grilled taste. Chicken kebabs? – juicy! Wish I’d ordered the large!
Rubbish!!!!!. The worst take out I’ve ever had the misfortune of ordering. After ringing up and been told it would cost 3 to deliver a mile away I decided to pick up. Upon arriving found 5 people all ruining the around the kitchen hopelessly trying to organise an order for someone else whilst I was left stood for 5 minutes. All seemed to be doing bits of cooking, ordering, preparing with too many people there and not one of them with a clue of what was happening, total un-organisation. The food was dry, the narn broken in bits, little meat, salad that’d been out for a day at least and was brown and soggy. My burger was again dry with what appeared like a lump of cheese on top, a few chips and gone off salad. Horrible!!!!! Would normally never have the time to write reviews but I am that mad I’ve just paid 10 for a burger and small narn kebab that I wouldn’t of fed to a dog I felt compelled to do so!!!!Try for a laugh but other than that avoid at all cost!!!!!!
Took one bite of the pizza i ordered from bella dale and was almost suck will never order from there again recommend. THE CHEESE WAS OFF!!!
Awful!. After a recent leaflet drop in my village decided to give Bella Dale a try. What a waste of 18.30. Pizzas were burnt, lacking topping and to be quite honest tasted foul.Rang to complain in a perfectly civil manner and the manager put the phone down on me. A number of years since I tried this takeaway – should have learned by my initial mistake.Won’t happen again – feel quite nauseated.My advice would be to try the Palace (3 doors away).Avoid at all costs!Ps would send pics but this system won’t let me.
Bella Dale? Or Bella Donna . .?. To start with this is not any sort of restaurant. It’s a Take-away. And a darn poor take-away at that!!We ordered food at 17:45 Saturday evening, was told delivery would be 45 minutes. 90 minutes later I phoned to find out where it was, was told the delivery driver was just leaving. Phoned back 30 minutes later (we live less than 2 miles away, was told driver was just about to leave with our order. Told them to forget it. Asked if I could speak to manager, was told he’d ‘Just gone out’ . . . Wasn’t with our order though!!Don’t bother, they’re a bunch of liars & time wasters.
