Well good for those living here & craving for South Indian food. Coconut chutney was really good, a bit spicy though even for an indian, and sambar was also nice. Dosa was a bit thick and potato filling pretty close to home, so was Idly. Chilly chicken is also served here was not so bad.As I said if visiting from India try it only after you have been here for a month.I recommend for those living here & craving for home taste.

Its not the most glitzy place in town but those currys are very tasty. Dont be fooled this is not your classic run of the mill curry house, they all taste completely different to any curry youve tasted in your life and they are pretty cheap too. Good veggie options.
The hottest place to eat in Lewisham, this authentic Sri Lankan restaurant deserves all the recognition it can get. A great selection of dishes prepared daily and if you like hot food you are in for a real treat. I’m less keen on morning bum burn, so rest assured there are milder dishes. It’s not fancy and I’ve read reviews where it’s been compared to a greasy spoon, but it’s good food and it’s not expensive. I love it and want it to survive the gentrification of Lewisham.
Really lovely food; delicious curries and really fresh sides. Service was friendly and they were quite helpful. Exceptionally good value for money, and I have noticed the restaurant is popularly frequented by the Sri Lankan/Indian community, which makes you think it must be good. Two ate like kings for under 20.
A cheap as chips South Indian eatery. Choose your meal from the photos on the wall or from the dishes on display. Don’t expect glitz as this is strictly a formica table place but the food is tasty, spicy & cheap @ around 5 per head for a veggie or meat set meal you can’t complain. No booze so you’ll have to be content with a cup of tea or lassie.
