Britain's most populous city outside London has long been a thriving centre of culture and commerce. The opening of the long-awaited New Street Station redevelopment has brought a lively new hub of shops and restaurants into being, and we are pleased to have opened our third bakery and caf outside London in this magnificent space. Our French family bakery, established over 127 years ago in Lille, is perfectly at home in this thoroughly contemporary environment, happily serving our traditional hand made breads, freshly baked viennoiserie, fine patisserie, sandwiches, salads and hot food to the crowds thronging the rebuilt station daily. 35 seats are available.
