Tapas is poor quality and not good value for money. Non authentic. I ordered garlic prawns, potatas bravas and chicken with herbs and spices. I got 5 prawns in butter, new potatoes stuck in a tomato mayo sauce and greesy chicken. Came with mayonaise!!! Absolutely tasteless. Awful
Go To La Lunya. Esteban’s has become too complacent, both the food and the service was disappointing on our recent visit. After having booked a table we waited 35 minutes to be seated – we appreciated it was busy, but the attitude of the person in charge when we mentioned our wait was condescending and unhelpful. The food too is not as good as it used to be; the potatas bravas sauce resembled a packet mix and the jalepenos were like something from Macdonalds. Next time I want tapas and a good atmosphere I’ll go back to La Lunya in Liverpool 1 – better food, similar price, better service.
I have eaten at Esteban ever since it opened. Service is always very efficient and staff are always happy to help. Never had a bad experience to date. Food is delicious and well priced. Lovely, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Lark lane is definitely worth a visit with its abundance of bars and restaurants and Esteban is the best of the lot.
The food is satisfactory. The same with the service. We had a young child with us but a waitress litterally stood next to our table as if to make sure the child behaved
Fantasic!. We go to Esteban all the time, the food is well price and great quality! we go here new years eve with the children, who are always welcome. would recommend!
We visit Esteban’s on a regular basis. Friendly staff, freshly cooked and great tasting food. Very reasonable prices. Eat outside, weather permitting. Make sure you book, a must of a weekend.
Esteban is my favourite tapas restaurant. The food is always excellent and the service is very good also. You would need to book at the weekend as the place is popular.
