Authentic independent Italian restaurant serving great value freshly prepared food. Sapori opened in late 2012 and is growing fast in popularity as one of the finest Italian eateries in Sussex. Serving authentic dishes, from classics like Bolognese and Carbonara pasta to rustic stews such as Spezzatino, or our Sicilian fish stew. Our meats, fish and poultry are all supplied by local farmers and fishermen. We have a wide selection of fish, with lobster and crab also available on request. Everything is prepared and cooked fresh on the premises, including our classic Italian pizzas which are made with our own dough and tomato sauce recipe and we also serve traditional Italian ice cream and homemade desserts
