Welcome to the original flavours of Gaziantep, in south eastern Anatolia. Gazianteps food is famous, it has recently been recognised by UNESCO as one of the worlds top Cities of Gastronomy, and some of the residents of Istanbul will even fly all the way across the country just for dinner. Coming from this city, my family are passionate about cooking and at home we spend hours creating dishes with diverse and memorable flavours. So its only natural that we expect the same when we dine out. At Skew we aim to bring you the exciting and authentic taste of Gazientep - traditional Turkish food with a unique and exciting regional twist.
