Resist! Vegan Kitchen were Peterborough's first fully vegan eatery, established in 2017. Initially providing great food as a pop-up in local pubs and events, on 1st March 2019 it is time for a more permanent home. We are now based in the beautiful restaurant at the Key Theatre on the Peterborough river embankment, which is fully accessible for wheelchair users. Everything we serve is 100% vegan and made from scratch by our own team. We will endeavour to offer gluten-free options also. Vegan pioneers.
