Staying near Appleby for the weekend. Booked here for the Friday but so good came back Saturday. Really friendly staff. Lovely food. Good extensive menu. Dogs welcome. Don’t be put off by the outside, lovlely cosy pub inside.
Stayed here for one night in July whilst visiting some friends. Lovely pub/restaurant area and nice clean and modern rooms. Good breakfast and friendly owners.
Called on a very quiet lunch time whilst waiting for the train back to Settle. Had a bowl of soup and a hot drink. Visited the ladies before catching the train and what an eye opener !! See photos
