I really like chinese food and Hin Loon does the best chinese out of the places I have tried. The flavours are always really good and food is cooked well. The only thing I don’t like is how oily some of the items can be, like the spring rolls. Apart from that I love this place and we have been ordering from them for years.
Thought we’d try something nice n pricey on valentines so splashed out and ordered a set meal for 3, for us a couple. Anyway our ordered arrived in about 1 and a half hours, we only live 10 mins walk away. then there were items missing, and also a half eaten meal in a box. pictures enclosed. this was not part of what we ordered or anything on the set meal for 3. When we called the manager said he would replace everything. One hour later still nothing, called and they were hostile saying its not their fault as they are really busy and theres traffic etc etc.They were hostile, the food was not worth it, well, what we had and the place which we thought would end our valentine evening has now ruined our evening. Defintely not recommended.
