Rude staff and not very hygienic.The waiter came over with salad and he clearly had not used deodorant. Whilst I appreciate it was hot and busy he did smell very badI ordered a kervan special but they had run out of lamb shish and chicken doner.They didn’t even tell me and substituted it with lamb doner. When it arrived at my table I asked where is the lamb shish and chicken doner as stated in the menu. They said they don’t have any. I explained that I should have been informed and I should be allowed to request a substitute if wanted at my choice.I was told no and if don’t like it I should leave. They didn’t seem to care about my custom.Drinks were bought over to my table without glasses. When I asked where the glasses were I was told they were not washed and it was to busy to wash them as such I should drink from the cans.I just ate my food quickly and got out of the restaurant.It’s a shame as the manner and hygiene of the staff really put me off.I saw curry and chips on the menu as a meal! Wow is this Turdish food?Ok restaurant if you are on a budget but Steer clear if you have some class!

Amazing restaurant. Been there once and can’t wait to go back. The quality of the meats is insane. We ordered a platter and it had a bit of everything in it. The lamb doner was like steak. The meat was so nice and chunky, you could see that they don’t use processed meat. Staff are a little bit zoned out and unattentive. They have a waitress who greets you when you walk in but I doubt she speaks a word of English. We came in and asked a table for 8 and she looked confused and called another waiter to help us get seated. We had no idea because she never told us, we were just standing there like uhhh are we getting seated or nah?
This was very disappointing, the seating area was complicated as you have toShare with other people which was very uncomfortable. The food was not what i expected it to be as I heard good reviews on the grill, god knows what grill the people went for because the one i had literally had no flavour. Defo will not be coming back
FIRST CLASS. Incredible service, first class service, Food class A, Menu- another League , Amazing Value, Warm friendly welcome, Beautiful surrounding, Fantastic Atmosphere, Does industry Proud. I Would have Breakfast Lunch Dinner, Highly Recommend To Everyone
Ignore the negative reviews!. This is one of the best restaurants i have ever been to no complains at all everything is first class the service and the food is excellent, we had my son.s engagement party there for 40 people and no problem at all ,now we go to kervan once a week we go there in the afternoon because in the evening is very busy
